We are currently experiencing Server issues so if you would please be patience as we are trying to fix the issue.  In the meantime you can use the app in Airplane Mode.

Here are instructions:   Exit completely out of Anywhere Map and go to your settings and turn on Airplane Mode.  You will be able to use the App with whatever current Database you have.

Phone Calls and Emails

We are currently working on revamping our Customer Support so that we can better assist you.  With the recent release of the updates and emails we have been overwelmed with phone calls and Sales and Support emails. DATABASE SERVER

For those of you trying to update or register your Freedom App our
Database Server is down.  We have contacted the company and they are working on the problem so that we can get back up as soon as possible.  I will keep you posted as to when it will be back up.

SD Card Error/Kit Kat Upgrade

Anyone that has recently upgraded their device to the new Kit Kat operating system and is now receiving an error in regards to their SD card being removed or missing when trying to access Anywhere Map, this is what you will need to do.  Keep in mind if you do this you will lose everything on you SD card so anything that you want to keep needs to be removed and saved elsewhere.  If this is not an option for you then here are a few other options: 

Send in your device and we will fix it for you                    $50.00 + shipping (saves you the headache all together)

Purchase a new SD card already loaded with fix.             $30.00 + shipping

Otherwise here are the steps to fixing the SD/Kit Kat Upgrade

Uninstall AWM

Reformat SD card–Settings–Storage–Scroll down to SD card-Format SD

Reinstall AWM

Once Reinstalled open AWM and this is where you need to choose the location to save AWM you will click

select this link and hit ok. After you have done that you are ready to do your Database downloads.
