Quadra/Septa users that have been having issues with not being able to install updates, we finally have a fix for you. You will need to send your Quadra/Septa here for us to do the fix. The repair will be $50 plus the cost of shipping. Please contact customer service either by email or giving us a call. Our support emails are typed below along with our telephone numbers. We will extend your current subscription for the time you have been unable to use your device. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your continued support.
